「The staff was wonderful. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and they even helped us book a wonderful snorkeling excursion. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. I was aware of being in Key West surrounded by nature but the amount of bugs in the room was a bit much. After the first night, the bathroom was filled with little flying bugs that were all over the sink and part of the shower. 「Steps from Duval, quiet, wonderful people & very attentive. Breakfast included, wine & cheese from 5-7 great way to mingle & meet other guests. Several people stayed here before & continue to return. They let us stay & use all amenities before & after checkout.」

「Location was ok, traffic was on the loud side but can be ignored. Parking was somewhat ok, when I got there one car literally blocked the entire driveway that could have hold 4 cars, but I guess they did it because they didn't want to be blocked in. The place smelled good, kitchen was very clean. Bathroom was also clean, a sign needs to be displayed saying clean up after yourself, would definitely go back,」
