“The stay here was amazing and convenient. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping made sure to keep our room stocked with towels. They even organized and kept the beds made as well. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left……
