“Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit”

“Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on.
I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. Eventually, I reached them via WhatsApp. They told me no one could change the sheets right away and that I’d have to wait until the next morning. When I said……
