“The rooms were a good size and roomy. The staff was very helpful. But…. The rooms smelled damp like wet dog. There was mold by the air conditioner. You could tell it had been flooded and also the hallways. It just wasn’t pleasant. The toilet was very short so you had to squat very low. Take that away and everything was good. Food was good.i loved that you get a free meal or drink.”

“What a fantastic location to be close to the Wynwood walls (a hotel that is the backdrop) and an eclectic community. Restaurants were fantastic, quite pricey, but not surprising.”

“We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. Pool was clean and very nice, with hot tub and some cabanas for daytime, but our evening swim and the night lights view was……

Il personale pessimo . Mi hanno anche smarrito 4 indumenti mandati tramite lavanderia già pagata. Avevo pagato l hotel con la colazione inclusa eppure loro se ne sono approfittati e mi hanno fatto pagare sempre la colazione . Che schifo . Mai più”

“Amazing place location and love the balcony. Super clean and comfortable. way to move around the city.”

“This is not a hotel. It is a rental bldg, short and long term. There is no staff on site. The sent us the code to enter the bled and our room by SMS, which was fine, but the code to our room was our riom number with the first digit repeated at the beginning... seems a bit obvious and unsafe. The door to the room had substantial gaps at the bottom and the side, making the dead bolt visible and the unsafe (not to mention the lack of privacy). A "tennant" was banging and yelling his way to his apt……

“The cleaning staff needs to clean the floors of the room better. Variety of past shoe prints on wood. Shower had left over female bodily fluids. To be fair I didn’t notice at first because it blended in with the pattern of the floor but then the water hit it and it was clear. There was a nice glass out on the balcony filled with old cigarettes and water. I do smoke but would never use a drinking glass as an ashtray. I always use a closable half empty water bottle. Was nervous about bed but it……

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……
