The front staff are not very friendly or accommodating. They don’t greet you and act like it’s an inconvenience to answer your questions. They never even asked how our stay was when we checked out. They could use more training on customer service. We were placed on the 5th floor without a working elevator. From previous reviews, the elevator has been out for at least a month. The room keys stopped working every day of our stay. The restaurant is way over priced and not worth the money. The room was nice and overall clean. The housekeepers do a good job and are probably the only friendly people working there. The water pressure was strange. Only the hot water worked on our sink. The beds were ok, but they sank and not really comfortable. The phone didn’t work. The fridge was fine. The pool was good and our kid enjoyed that. There were pool towels and sunscreen out for us. The restaurant also doubled as a club on the weekends, but it was shut down by 10pm and the music wasn’t crazy loud in the rooms. Overall, our stay wasn’t as pleasant as before the hotel was bought from Best Western. We will likely not be back unless it’s for a one night stay only.

Room was dirty! Floor was filthy I couldn't even walk to the bathroom with out my shoes. Husband complained to front desk, he was told all housekeeper were gone. Did not offer anything as a solution! Husband asked for a mop and extra towels, never received either! The pictures look good , don't let that fool you! No control on air conditioner- it was on full blast or I had to turn it completely off. it was very loud, hard to sleep with it on! Restaurant bathrooms disgusting! The elevator had a crack in the middle of the floor and it felt like it could give way any second!I Expected alot better for this price!

While planning my trip to Miami, I was excited to stay at Palm Tree Club Hotel. The vibrant atmosphere, exterior design, and waterfront restaurant initially attracted me. A hotel staff member told me check-in was at 4 PM. Since I had an early flight, I asked about checking in around 1 PM and was told I could come early to see if a room was available, otherwise they could hold my luggage, which I understood. I arrived around 2 PM and was told to come back at 4 PM. The lobby looked newly renovated and smelled clean. My partner and I waited at the restaurant, which wasn’t busy. Service was normal, the waterfront view was beautiful and relaxing, and the food was decent. The menu options were $20-$40. When we returned to check in at 4 PM, we waited in line about 15 minutes only to be told to come back again in 20 minutes. We didn’t receive our keys until after 4:30 PM. The room appeared clean, nice, and spacious. However, it was very humid throughout our stay. Towels and bathing suits never fully dried, and the room often felt muggy. Overall, it was a decent stay. If you’re traveling on a budget, this boutique hotel could work. However, if you’re looking for a more luxury experience, it may not meet your expectations. Reviews mentioning slow service and structural maintenance issues are accurate, so keep that in mind if you choose to stay here.

Before booking, I confirmed that the hotel offered complimentary luggage storage, which is also clearly advertised on both Expedia and their own website. I even called two weeks prior to my stay to verify this, as I had festival tickets and needed to store my bag before check-in. When I arrived around noon, I was told by the red-haired front desk agent that there was no space and "nothing she could do." There was even a room visible off to the side of the lobby, yet I was refused any accommodation. Because the festival does not allow luggage, I was forced to forfeit my plans entirely. I lost about $200 in tickets and $50 on an Uber from the airport to the hotel. What was supposed to be a fun Sunday turned into a logistical nightmare. The only thing they offered was waiving the resort fee -- which does not come close to covering the financial loss or inconvenience caused. I emailed management afterward asking, at the very least, for some dining credit to help offset the situation. They never responded until the day we had to leave and just offered late checkout. Beyond that issue, there were several other problems: * The lobby smells strongly of mold the moment you walk in. It's overpowering and gives a terrible first impression. * We paid extra for a suite with a jacuzzi and it did not work. * The outdoor chair cushions were old, worn, and uncomfortable. * The listing shows bathrobes as part of the suite amenities -- there were none in the room. *The thermostats

El piso de la habitación se sentía sucio, las puertas del clóset no las tenía, no había secadora, no había cafetera, el agua te la cobraban, cosa que no ocupamos y al parecer me la quieren cobrar porque el depósito que me pidieron en el check in NO ME REINTEGRARON TAL CUAL COMO DIJERON, salimos a la hora estipulada sin ningún contratiempo y no entiendo el por qué del cargo y por último la señorita que nos recibió y despidió, que es la misma, no fue amable

La habitación no se encontraba totalmente limpio el piso, mis bebés caminaron con sus calcetines y quedaron horriblemente sucios, no tiene secadora, no tiene cafetera, el personal que me recibió que fue la misma que me hizo el check out nada simpática y muy cortante, y para terminar de acabar me pidieron un depósito que se me re integraría al final tal cual de no haber inconvenientes, cosa que no pasó porque no me reintegraron todo el depósito me tomaron más del 50% sin haber tenido ningún inconveniente ya que la salida la hicimos a la hora que marca…. CERO recomendado

Elevator was not working and we had to haul bags 5 stories. No apologies or explanation. Thats the way it is we were told. Property smelled like fermented garbage. Hallways were dirty. Not recommended.

Maybe when there construction going on, give room to other side of building? Very inconsiderate, construction wake us up every 5AM in the morning. Room is clean but everything in bad condition.

Worst check in experience I have ever had. I got there at four and there were no rooms available as they were still being cleaned. I had to wait in a long line several times to keep checking to see if amy opened up. After a few hours we finally got our room keys on our way to the room. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our huge suitcases up three flights of stairs. Then when we got to our room, it wasn’t very clean at all, and there was a huge loogie in our sink.

Came to check in at 3:50 for 4PM "check-in" at which time the room was not ready and was told it would be about 20 minutes. We came back an hour later and the room was still not ready and then were informed that the room we booked (king) was not even available. The room we did get was still dirty in the bathroom upon arrival. Elevators don't work. There was absolutely nothing in the room other than an empty mini fridge but were charged $20 for a 1L "Fiji water" bottle and "mini bar tip/tax". Upon check in or check out, no one informed us of any charges regarding this until after the card was charged (meaning no receipt was provided until I had to call myself to ask why I was charged incorrectly). No one in management responded to resolve the issue. This place should be classified as a motel not a hotel.
