Online pictures are very deceiving. Rooms are extremely small. Shower and beds are ok. Check in was a cluster. Location was great! Staff was nice. Definitely overpriced. Wouldn’t book again.

The room we had was very small. To get out of bed, one person had to crawl to the foot of the bed. One wall of the shower/bath was made of opaque glass. At night, if you turned on the bathroom light, the whole bedroom lit up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Clean beautiful rooms. Great staff - LUCIANA in particular was excellent! Top tier service and I can’t wait to be back. Just a heads up, there isn’t a gym on site at this facility as at when I was there. It’s at a another nearby Iberostar hotel (4 mins away) and staff can assist with transit.
