Excellent studio in a great location, great views

I've stayed in the Coconut Grove area a number of times, and this is probably my favorite spot so far. The location is unbeatable, the amenities in the building are great, and the host was friendly and very responsive. I'm looking forward to my next stay there. Would very much recommend.

Coconut Grove with Miami Joe

We stayed in Coconut Grove for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The studio was just right for us, allowing for walkable access to our now favorite Miami neighborhood. And the building pool was perfect for morning exercise.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfy large bed, and such an amazing view. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and the location was wonderful. Lots of walking trails around the harbor and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops to walk to as well. The hosts were super responsive and very kind reaching out ahead and after our vacation; making sure everything was ok. Great weekend getaway!

Fabulous Get Away

We had a great stay! We took an Uber from/to airport and didn’t do any other transportation. There were plenty of places to walk,shops, and restaurants in the area. It was perfect for a few days of relaxing at the pool and exploring the area. Construction going on in unit above us and at hotel so lots of noise- but know that is not in the owners control

Perfect Stay!

What an excellent view from this beautiful studio. The bedroom was comfy comfy too. It also had a modified pull out sofa for my teenage daughter. She was also very comfortable as they had additional thoughtful items like a thick mattress pad. You can't beat the view and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Week of rest

It was a perfect neighborhood for me. Quiet enough to rest well at night and busy enough to always have something to do. The pool and hot tub are a beautiful way to end a day of exploring as well. I’m thankful for the hosts for their ability to communicate clearly and in a timely way. I hope to come back again sometime soon.

On the Bay in Coconut Grove

Very nice property (a studio apartment in the Arya Hotel). Only downside is that the hotel lounge and restaurant are closed now for renovation, so there was no place to congregate with friends for a drink and conversation Pool area does not allow outside food or drinks nor any alcohol. Nice neighborhood woth many dining options within a few blocks Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony.

Super views excellent host

Spotless delivery of excellent studio for us. We decided to switch from Marriott Courtyard in Coral Gables to this apartment 20 floors high overlooking Biscayne Bay and one of its sailboat filled natural harbors. It was a nice change. Coconut Grove (totally walkable) has a bunch of good places to eat - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just spending time at the pool was a great way to relax. We'll stay here again.

Wonderful stay

A quick weekend trip for Parents’ Weekend at UM. Property was so clean and the view gorgeous. Only down side and it is out of owners control, was the lack of elevators. We had to wait at least 10 minutes each time we needed an elevator.
