“Very clean ”

“This was our first stay at the Pink Shell, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The views from our villa were breathtaking. Pictured is our balcony view of the gulf and our bedroom view of the bay - both simply gorgeous. Every aspect of the villa was well thought out - practical, lots of storage, clean, and lovely. The staff was incredible - friendly, helpful, warm and inviting. We were there during a cold spell, yet still were able to enjoy the pools which were comfortably heated. The beach……

“This is quite the oasis! It is surrounded by water. Guests have access to one pool and two additional pools a short distance away at a health center. The food on site is good, with additional restaurants on the property (marina side). There is a free boat trip each day to look for dolphins and other marine life. The room had a balcony overlooking the calm marina, which made it just perfect. Parking is easy in a covered parking garage on the property. I liked it so much I booked an additional……

“Room was brand new, very nice. Bed very comfortable. But very strong sleep of paint. Parking was very confusing, because it is an apartment building, not a hotel. Door lock very confusing and had to download a phone app to work door. Was not given the app name. The apartment hallways were very cold and institutional like. Many taxes and fees added on, making it too expensive. Not worth the cost.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Seaside 503. The condo complex itself was a great size - not one of the big high rises or spread out over several buildings. Maybe a total of 50 units? But the amenities were still great...good size pool with lots of chairs and room to spread out. Laundry on properly. Great beach with more chairs. Publix right across the street. The condo itself was also great. It was very clean, had comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen, nice size balcony, and……
