“Should have paid attention to reviews. Front desk employee was as unfriendly, unhelpful and rude as I’ve ever encountered. Restaurant staff were awesome. Room had a very musty smell but was clean with comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Too many alternative options to this Hilton when customer service is such an important aspect of a hotel stay.”

“As someone who has been visiting this hotel for 20+ years it has officially lost all its charm. No hammocks , extra charges for parking and the loss of the outdoor bar was the main reason I will be looking for a different place to stay. No one wants to get dressed and walk into the fancy new restaurant every time we want a drink. Yes they do have staff taking drink orders by the pool but the wait to order, then the wait for them to return is very hot. You feel like you have to stay in your spot……
