“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit……

“This was our 2nd year staying here and it was even better than the first year. The house is one level and perfect for our children. We love the pool area and the location is perfect. The only thing that we would change would be to add a tv to the pool area, other than that, this house is perfect! There was a small issue when we arrived and Morgan answered right away and was quick to fix it! We would definitely recommend this house!”

“What an amazing location! Great beaches with fantastic sand and swimming. Plenty of space on the beach at this end of AMI, guessing because of the limited parking for those driving in, so staying is here is ideal. Home has great amenities and something for everyone. The outdoor space is fantastic and accommodated our entire group of a dozen people. Kids loved the pool as a great option before and after going to the beach. Highly recommend AMI as a family vacation spot. Eating and shopping not……

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
