"The resort is definitely dated and needs some attention. People were banging on our door at 1:00 AM and wouldn’t stop. This was followed by housekeeping banging on the door and hollering at 9:30 AM despite a do not disturb sign hanging on the door. Would never stay there again."

"Older resort that is being renovated. Some areas are amazing, some still need work. Overall, a great family experience at this resort. The kids loved it, the waterslides were awesome. "

"We loved the pool and hot tub. Outdoor area was well attended to. The theme park shuttles were accurate to the schedules. We just wish that the timing allowed us to attend the evening shows. The late return shuttles are either at 930 which doesn’t allow you to watch the full show. Or at 1045pm which means you are waiting over an hour after the park closes. It would also be nice if there was a return shuttle scheduled once in the middle of the day. "
