"I liked the pool breakfast was basic staff was ok while their other children were staying their with their family’s but only I got a complaint of noisy children when their were plenty other children and for that they didn’t return my deposit and when I called about my deposit front desk told me bout another complaint about children spilling juice on the housekeeping cart but couldn’t prove it was my children so that’s why they were keeping my deposit and kept me on hold for over a hour when I asked to speak to a manager on duty"

"One of the better stays I've had anywhere. Not far from Disney and the area is nice. Hotel was amazing and the staff is incredible. The only minor complaint I can come up with is the mattress was a bit firm for my wife and I but thats really just personal preference."

"The amenities were so many that our boys wanted to get back to play putt putt, pickleball and the pools. We had a couple of issues. The refrigerator ice maker was slow but they brought us a bag of ice. The dishwasher sprewed water out on Day 3 but they came right away. One of the many pools were closed. Not updated, but I don't care about that sort of thing. We were well pleased with the staff and how they took care of us. Problems happen. That's life. It's how the staff responded to the few issues. We would definitely stay with them again. Oh , I forgot to mention they have movie nights by the pool. Great place to vacation with 4 generations. We had a 3 bedroom condo. It worked for 8 of us. We thank God for allowing us to find this place. And an amazing God story. My husband and I are going to Costa Rica this summer and I prayed and asked God to lead me to a Missionary there. Well we met a missionary in the lobby at their check in who is a missionary in Costa Rica. God is real. Anyway, Great location! "

"Very well maintained property right in the heart of Kissimmee. Pool area was nice and the staff that I interacted with were very friendly. Property felt very safe and secure."

"Double charged for the Deposit of $200 Then finally deposited one hold then took it back. Now waiting on the second reversal deposit. Not happy that this happened. Other than that we had a nice stay. We had two adjoining rooms both very nice. Noisy on the one side guest above partied most of the night were very loud above us. Plus they took their party to the balcony. Chairs moving around loudly. "

"I felt safe & it was private & quiet. I most definetly will stay again when needed. Check in & out was super fast super easy & deposit backsuper fast on my card after check out. The property was well kept & clean. Parking was good but i had rented a big suv so the spaces to park closer to the room was more tight to fit wo being to close to the other cars so I had to park in the center of the parking area other than that parking was average. The villa or condo was spacious & clean. I actually could live in one of the units if i were to need short term rental. The tv for master bed room was way to small but hey im not there to sit n watch tv either lol. There were cigarette burns on the end table in bedroom but table was clean my opinion is throw it out if there is damage. The furniture was a little outdated but in good cond.It had its own washer dryer set which was fabulous. Big kitchen & counter space nice size fridge all very clean! Big dinner table & comfy size family area to watch tv it was a little small for how spacious everything elae was but it was cozy to watch a movie etc. The tub was the best part it was a huge jet tub & shower. Loved it! Grounds clean for allowing pets i had my dog with me & everyone picks up after thier pets.i didnt catch breakfast in time, im sure it was great. I recommend Legacy to anyone."
