"We had a fabulous two day stay at the Swan to celebrate my birthday! Beautiful property, comfortable clean rooms and great restaurants. Plus it was walking distance to the Boardwalk and Epcot. We will be back!!"

"We didn't try the breakfast or hot tub. The room was satisfactory regarding cleanliness, and the staff was fine, but while the main building was really nice and the pool was great, the room we were put in was old and not remodeled. It had popcorn ceilings so low we could touch them without trying (and we're 5'4"). The paint on the walls was that old motel yellow. So the room was very disappointing despite that they showed remodeled, updated rooms on the website. Parking was outside the room but it still cost either $30 or $40/night. "

"I'm only giving this 2 stars because I could park my bus here and the deck clerk was very nice. But the moment I walked into the room there was a live roach on the wall I had to crush with shoe and another one trying to run across the wall by the door frame and than behind the TV stand was a dirty sock."

"Room wasn’t bad the problem was the window in the room, there’s no tint whatsoever you can literally see into anyone’s room in the day time I had my curtain closed the whole time, it’s also thin glass and you can hear everything outside, worst part is they won’t even let you use their microwave unless you buy whatever you have from their little store. $5 maruchan no thanks they’re literally less than a dollar at a normal store "
