“Home and resort was family friendly ”

“The unit was very roomy and clean. It was easy to find and we greatly enjoyed the clubhouse access that came with our rental. There is washer/dryer upstairs which was very nice. What would have taken our review from “good” to “great would be: -better communication from the hosts prior to our stay. We sent several messages with a question and never heard back. -better provisions in the unit. When we stay somewhere it’s nice to have at the bare minimum enough toilet paper and paper towels to last……

Asked them for more and they said they only supply the initial roll and they don’t provide more. That’s fine but it doesn’t mention it it only says that they provide. We would have been better prepared ourselves. Maybe rewrite what is provided and what isn’t replaced.”
