「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. 「There were no real complaints. we did not have enough forks and spoons and the shower curtains only had the cloth curtin. Both of thewe issues were quickly resolved.Everyone had a great time. Some things were unexpected such as the jumbo tron screen in the family/kitchen room. we overall evjoyed visit very much. I would suggest that the blue dinine table chairs need to be replaced as the seats are not very padded and one was even broken on the side. I think that there should be a few...

「Our stay at this property was very good. From arrival to departing. Easy to access, location was great with a view of the water from the back patio. We spent most days (when we weren't out touristing) on the patio and in the pool. We did have a small issue with the heated pool, but the management company dealt with it immediately. The house is mostly as shown and in good condition. We did use the home theatre a little and the games room. The basketball game didn't work but everything else did....
