「Had the most beautiful honeymoon here, for 5 days the way was perfect, the staff was nice, even the tiki bar was amazing. Cat specially was so nice and funny each time we came down stairs in the morning, made there enjoyable. The room was so nice very spacious and the bathroom was spectacular. The hot water was nice touch loved the whole day throughout the whole end of our time there would definitely come back again.」

「The management at Helios Hotel at Universal accommodated me WHEN EXPEDIA WOULD NOT! EXPEDIA SENT ME CONFIRMATION OF A RESERVATION WHICH THE HOTEL NEVER RECEIVED!! When I arrived there was no reservation. Hotel staff called Expedia and they would not speak with them. I called Expedia who continued to claim there was a reservation after contacting an intermediate vendor they called RES. Neither Expedia nor this intermediate business partner would agree to speak to the Helios management to assist....
