"Excellent location and great staff. Hotel is just outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. Carpet was old and stained, and paint peeling. But, bed linen was clean and bathroom was clean. "

"Breakfast was fresh, the staff was very helpful and happy. Pool and hot tub was a hit after the long drive Beds were amazingly soft but yet supportive. Definitely will stay when in the area again"

"Lovely property, loved how close it was to Universal. Only criticism would be how empty the hot tub was—as in water levels below the jets. Other than that the buffet was great, the amenities/dining was better than most. Front desk staff, cleaning crew, and wait staff was super friendly and went above and beyond at all times."

"Arrived early and couldn’t get us checked until 3, which was fine. Double rooms weren’t ready. $30 for valet parking, $25 self parking. Don’t use the restaurant. Room and bathroom was clean. No issues during the stay. "

"LOVED this little villa. Staff was amazing, the location is tucked away and felt very private. The backyard patio and gazebo is such a vibes and every door you have to enter a code so we felt very safe. We stayed here for a festival at the Orlando Fairgrounds which was only 2.5 miles away, we will definitely be staying here again next time!"
