From the pictures on the website and the reality are way far away from each other. A clean room and a clean area overall is everything , specially in a hotel. Bathroom was horrible.

We didn't end up staying and checked back out within 15 minutes of checking in. The location and room was just not for us and we didn't feel comfortable staying there. The staff was very understanding and did offer a full refund, so for that we were very appreciative.

I paid little for the room so I can't complain about that. Ultimately you get what you pay for. The room was small but looked nice and not old or outdated. The AC worked well. The staff that I interacted with were friendly. Noise was at a minimum, which was nice. I was looking for an inexpensive place for one night and it worked fine. Nothing great, nothing fancy.

The staff was excellent, the pool was clean, and breakfast was great. The cons were the vending machine outside for drinks had no drinks and I was out of a few dollars, the room my family stayed in had a strange smell, and the floor, and beds felt moist, and some of the tiles were coming up in parts of the room. Staff definitely a 5 star, the room a 2 star. Hopefully this helps with keeping up with rooms

The last two times we stayed at this location I was greated by the same associate. He's so joyful and made check-in a breeze. 10/10 for customer service! Super adorable! We stayed both times to attend events at the fairgrounds. Such a convenient location. Will be back again!
