“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it……

“The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. The listing failed to mention that the designated parking spots are located a 10 to 20-minute walk away. For someone dealing with a physical flare-up, like my recent bout with gout, this was completely unmanageable. When I requested closer parking, I was told nothing was available.
