「The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.」

「I appreciated the early check-in, and the property was fairly clean. However, the fan in my room did not work, and there was no way to control the in-wall AC unit, leaving the room quite stuffy. Additionally, the front desk staff did not explain the property amenities upon arrival, or explain much at all. For nearly $500, I expected far more hospitality and a much better overall experience. I ended up spending most of my stay at a different property with the rest of my group.」

「Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast items were fresh and nice. Only concern was lousy internet service. Even with hotspit could not stay on line. Staff was exceptional and location perfect.」

「This place is great! The room had everything we needed to make small meals, the lobby has a shelf for people to leave things which has lots of useful things (make sure you check)! The garden and the cats are cute and the location is perfect. It also has a great traditional South Beach feel. We highly recommend it!」
