「The sewage system has a major problem it is leaking into the lawn. Limited hot water and weak water pressure everywhere. When we arrived the cleaning lady hadn’t had time to finish and there wash still trash and surfaces that hadn’t been wiped down after the last tenant. Location is close to universal but no other nice food places or anything within a 10 min drive. The property was obviously not taken care of properly and needs repairs inside and out to be worth the price.」

「Tiny house was a bit confusing to find as well as parking. The house was just right for what we needed. A shelf in the shower would have been nice to have but it didn't affect the quality of the stay. Over all we wanted to try living in a tiny home to see if it was something we could do later in in life. I think it was the perfect size to get us a taste of tiny home living. 」

It is close to a grocery store and every other retail establishment one may desire. The host is responsive. In summary, we will rent this property again if it is available.」
