"Cabana Bay is a great choice for a value resort. Theming was the perfect vibe. We loved that you could walk easily to the main parks and city walk. Food was typical for a place like this, but the staff were outstanding, especially at check in and the pool bars. We loved the larger room option and room amenities. "

"Nice rooms with daily cleaning with no surprising fees. Parking is not free, but the shuttles to the parks were very nice and we didn’t have to wait long to get to or from the parks. The ticket counter was also able to get us tickets to epic universe when an online purchases were unavailable "

"The hotel is clean, nice staff, great breakfast, much cheaper than local resorts - without the extra resort amenities. The only downside for us, was that our family suite was overbooked, and we weren’t notified until check in after a long day of travel. We didn’t get the suite I reserved six months in advance and instead our entire party was separated into smaller rooms. It was disappointing. "

"Book at your own risk. Due to flight cancellations we had to book a stay here and it was worst decision ever. We checked in around 11:30p and Rooms were booked but the keycards did not work so customers were given a room but unable to leave bc there would be no re-entry unless security took you back to your room. It was a hot mess. One of the front desk clerks kept coughing and wiping his nose with his hand and then brushing it through his hair - it was disgusting. As soon as daylight hit we checked out and was told we would be reimbursed for our stay since it was so bad but that was a lie we were still charged which I am currently disputing….just save your money! "
