We loved our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was warm which was nice as it was a cold week. Loved tge hot tub and the cabanna bar.

Staff was friendly, the room was nice and tidy if a little bit small and cramped. The wifi was kinda useless, but I wasn't around a computer long enough for that to matter too much. Overall would book again — found out later that there are also condos for sale there, so that could be something to look into down the road

Hotel staff were nice and rooms were relatively updated. However I did not like that they do not clean your room during your stay. We thought that housekeeping would come and do light cleaning in the day just like most hotels. But this did not seem to be the case at this hotel.

clealiness and the location is very close to Universal Studios. About 6 minutes drive. Nice swimming pool. Also voice isolation is god but eventually you cannot control loud people.

I really loved the location and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I did not like that when I called the front desk for a late check out because I was not feeling well they said it's have to pay $30.. kinda insensitive. But it was a great hotel for the price so I would still recommend

It is very nice and extremely clean hotel. Only a 10 min drive to all the Universal Parks. Very large pool and pool deck area. All rooms have a small fridge and microwave. I will be staying there again.
