They gave us the code for our room, when we opened there were already people in it. Then the room style I chose (2 kings) so the teenagers wouldn’t fight about who had to sleep on the pull out couch, wasn’t available. It just felt grungy overall, not dirty. Parking lot was gross with trash. I asked the second day if the room type I reserved was available for the second night and it wasn’t. Won’t be back

Check in was ready not at 4pm but at 7.30pm Room wasn’t clean enough Parking was locked n not enough space st evening time,also my car was blocked n i was looking for stuff to help me. Staff was friendly, the room was nice and tidy if a little bit small and cramped. The wifi was kinda useless, but I wasn't around a computer long enough for that to matter too much. Overall would book again — found out later that there are also condos for sale there, so that could be something to look into down the road

room smelled like feces. My room flooded from the toilet at 8 am and notified the front staff as soon as it happened and we left for the entire day. The staff on duty stated they would get the toilet fixed and clean the floors. We returned back at 11:45 pm from walking all day from a theme park with our food in hand to eat and OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN! We even checked in with the staff upfront before entering the room if the situation was taken care of and he just look at his phone and said “yes my last text was saying maintenance was going over there”. As soon as we open the door we knew nobody came in to clean. Now there’s literally feces germs and smell in the room! Do you know how annoying this is to deal with after a long day? The staff upfront said we don’t clean the room unless you stay more than 4 days and was not understanding the situation. We ask him for a new room once he understood and said I’m not sure, we are almost at capacity. He ended up giving us a phone number to the remote hospitality desk. She ended up switching our rooms after the situation was explained, she was extremely helpful and nice. I’m not happy with the service of this hotel, I check in the day before so I wouldn’t have to be doing this after a long day at the theme parks, y’all know people stay at a hotel for the parks. No amount of apologies could’ve made this experience any better.

Hotel staff were nice and rooms were relatively updated. However I did not like that they do not clean your room during your stay. We thought that housekeeping would come and do light cleaning in the day just like most hotels. But this did not seem to be the case at this hotel.
