「This property is in wonderful location! Walkable to an awesome brewery and short Uber ride downtown. The owner is always reachable and very friendly! It was their family home for many years so they are still in the process of making it a true rental; there were lots of personal items in the home but we were told that before arriving. One thing to note- the largest bedroom is up a small open staircase that may be hard for some to access. The backyard is great for pups! 」

「This place is a small piece of paradise, a few steps and you are in Siesta Beach. It’s so quiet considering it’s in a corner lot with lots of human and vehicle traffic. The ambiance is so lively yet cozy because people are well behaved and friendly. We will definitely come back.」

「We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.」

「It's hard to find a nice restaurant in this area because I think it’s outdated. When they move their restaurant they don't update it in Google which makes it difficult to find. 」

「We have stayed at many homes throughout Florida and the Orlando area. This property has been the easiest and most friendly by far! The kitchen was well stocked and a great backyard for our pups. No issues with anything our entire stay. The neighborhood was wonderful and inviting. The bedding and towels were also well stocked, we had no need for anything. Communication prior to and after were amazing as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will absolutely be back! 」

「We had a very pleasant stay here. It has everything and makes us very easy and comfortable! Luckily it was 2nd floor only, we had 4 big luggages to carry up. I saw someone carrying to the 4th floor with 38" case. -.- And the place is a bit dusty in the corners. Hope can improve next time. There's a supermarket Publix in the resort, has almost everything. So very easy to buy stuff to cook.」
