「The floors were dirty, the shower was dirty , they didn’t give us the correct parking pass which made the resort leave a bad letter on my truck, the kitchen sink doesn’t work hardly at all, there was nothing to sit on except one of two beds, our room constantly smelled like marijuana due to someone smoking it in a room near us」

「We checked in at 5pm Friday to find the house 91° and maintenance working on the AC. He said give it 2 hours for the house to cool. We called at 8pm to advise the house was still 91 and the AC was not working. 6 calls later a maintenance man shows up at 1232am and says he has to replace the coil springs again. 「The property is being renovated from the looks of it. The property had a lot of dead roaches on the bottom floor, the bedding was left inside the dryer. A homeless man sleep outside in the parking lot all night long. There was no toilet paper inside of one of the bathrooms.」
