“Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn.……

When we arrived we were told that Expedia overbooked their property, so they had no rooms even though we had confirmed a booking. “We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . Oh ya and it was supposed to be on the beach it’s about 7 min……
