The suite / 2 bedroom was nice and clean. The grounds well kept. Everyone was friendly until they wanted us to change rooms. They checked us in and after a little while, long enough for us to settle, start showers and phone calls home, they insisted we move. Said we were in the wrong room. I checked the room number written on the key envelope of the key that was given to me (it was the room we were in) gave me directions; we unpacked, settled, and then started insisting we pack up and move. We declined as we had indeed booked a 2 bedroom suite, which is what we were in. We were confused. Then we were told the other guest would be there longer than we would and needed the room. ??? Such a stressful checkin. Along with this, Expedia did not disclose there would be resort fees $28 per day. So they charged me in addition to what I had prepaid through Expedia.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and had a balcony that overlooked a parking lot. Because this is part of a timeshare group, all of the guests were lovely and very mature. The pool was heated just right. We brought a small cooler each day with cold drinks and there were always umbrellas for us to use. The grills which are available to guests are brand new and spotless. The front desk helped us many times, just to get more coffee, etc. Our only issue was with the restaurant off the hotel - we ate there once and did not go back. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance that were great. We would absolutely stay here again!

The only bad thing about the property is the lack of good signage. It’s very hard to find, especially at night. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Unimpressed. We arrived at 3:45pm and they wouldn’t let us check in until 4pm on the dot. The room was nice, but the balcony “view” was nothing and the foldout couch was as uncomfortable as it gets. I got a drink at the pool bar and I am not exaggerating at all- the worst drink I’ve ever had, ever. Something fundamentally wrong with it.

The resort and our rooms were very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be the mosquitos. We had a lovely balcony overlooking both the water and the pool, but you couldn’t sit out there for the mosquitos. We were being bitten sitting around the pool and even in the pool. Every time I rode the elevator, I swapped at and killed at least one of the blood suckers. I even killed a few lying in my bed, but not enough to avoid bites.
