"We had a pleasant experience. Prior reviews are often misleading. We did not experience ANYONE trying to push a timeshare like mentioned in prior reviews. There is a resort fee that is not mentioned on Hotels.com; it’s approximately $30 a night, but we still found that to be affordable compared to all other resorts in the area, since the rate we booked at was very affordable. There is tons to do on property and we felt safe. Would stay here again. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the walls are paper thin. "

"The room was very nice and spacious. The location of the room was perfect. I liked the fact that I can call for transport to the waterpark (onsite) which was super convenient being I was traveling with toddlers and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The staff was really nice. I would love to come back and stay again :))"
