Our stay at the villas was wonderful. My grandkids loved the fact that the pool was right out the back door. We came back to the villa to take breaks in our days at Disney World. The two bedroom was perfect for us. Very clean and very spacious . It allowed my 2 year old grandson the room he needed for his cars . Great place to stay. So many amenities to consider.

This place was very clean. Staff was super friendly. They allowed luggage drop off which was super convenient. I did not get to experience the pool because we doing other things. Overall the things that I experienced was done well.

Staff was average. Property had a lot of amenities. It was hard to find times for the on-property restaurants, where some closed at 7pm. Property was large which made taking a car a necessity. Property doesn't offer transportation to Disney or other parks. Hotel room was great and seems to have been recently updated. Pool and hot tub availability was great and close to villas. Overall, I would stay here again if visiting Disney or nearby.

Really beautiful property with lots to do! The only downside was that the internet was sooo bad that I wasn’t able to connect for most of the stay. Unfortunately some of us have to work even on vacation and this was extremely frustrating. Great gym and location- I would stay again but take more PTO. ☺️

Resort was huge but easy to walk and find your way. Received complimentary upgrade to a 2 BR 2 BA Villa. Inside was nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the resort. The waterpark was fun despite the rain. It was not overly crowded. We were able to get tables and chairs. Multiple pools also were nice and helped ensure they weren’t overly crowded. Overall a great place to stay with the family. Bonus there is a Walmart across the street. Definitely plan a day or 2 in the resort vs going to the park everyday. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that many of the activities such as mini golf and bikes shut down at 7. Would have been nice to have those items available until 10 pm.

I went for a solo getaway off season. The property was huge but I enjoy walking. If you have mobility problems they offer rides from hotel room to pools/ shop and restaurants. While at the hotel I paid for daily use of the water park. They have a lazy pool which I enjoyed and bars for your favorite frozen cocktails. Overall I enjoyed the resort it was very clean and the grounds well kept. The only issue I had (probably because of off season) everything closed very early. I recommend stocking your refrig with the necessities cause any food / grocery deliveries won’t be able to locate your room.

My stay was amazing! I would visit again! The room and property were very clean which is extremely important to me. We were also pleasantly surprised that the rooms were more modern and updated compared to the pictures. Staff were really nice, we arrive late night and they were very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Property in general was in good condition. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you and extra fee for the entrance of the water park, and when we did the reservation did not said water park will be extra charge.
