不滿：員工與服務和住宿狀況
when I arrived at the hotel to check in, to my surprise, I was charged an extra fee to use the resort facilities. However, this fee was already included in the package I purchased with Expedia. I paid the fee, begrudgingly, in order not to get stressed on the first day of my stay. However, I would like to receive the fee back as I do not think this charge is fair. In addition, there is no type of service at the establishment that justifies such an extra fee.
Upon entering the room, it was extremely small for the accommodation of four people, as requested and paid for. The room did not have bed and bath linen for all people. In the bathroom there was no shampoo or soap for everyone and the shower was not working properly. When I called to request more blankets I was told that the hotel was out of those products because of the amount of customers there. We were cold all night and the following nights as no more blankets were provided.
The fact that people smoke in all areas of the property is also annoying because I am a non-smoker.
Another extremely negative thing about the hotel is the fact that timeshare sellers keep insisting that you buy shares of the hotel. It took me an entire morning where I could have been enjoying myself or relaxing with my family.
