Great property!
Pros: EXCELLENT view from balcony, steps to the beach, the grounds of the property are beautiful and very well maintained, there is an ELEVATOR!! This was not listed but what a great accommodation to have, especially considering both my sister and myself have problems walking. This feature was seriously a God-send. The condo itself has everything you need and looks exactly like the pictures. Large bedrooms and very comfy beds. Cons: The main floor had not been swept and mopped before our arrival, the bathrooms are a bit small, the beach wagon was sandy when we got it out and it is difficult to steer, especially when in the sand.

Very close walk to the beach!
Place was very clean. The pool was great except no rest rooms available. Had to go back to place. Also being seniors, we anticipated them. Also, no washer or dryer in apartment. Just so you are aware. I would highly recommend otherwise.

Felt like home
The perfect home away from home! The condo was fully equipped for every need. The small details made it very special. Cleanliness was above and beyond. Conveniently located with shopping and restaurants close by. Enjoyed a short drive on the beach. Have not done that since childhood. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful beach location
My husband & I were visiting friends in St Augustine and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was just as described. My husband worked on this trip and never had trouble with the internet. Just a short walk to the beach but we could easily see the sunrise each morning from our balcony. There was a laundry mat on the premises very convenient to this apartment as it was very convenient to the elevators. Owner has a closest fully stocked with anything you may want or need to take to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers,etc. The pool on the property was too cold for me in late OCT but that didn't stop other guests from enjoying it. it really was the perfect location for us, the owner always responded quickly with any questions (which we only had one concerning logging into wifi) This was a really great week for us at a great place. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future
