“I’ve traveled to Orlando on and off for the last 15 years, several times a year and this was the first time I had stayed at this property and I will never stay at another hotel! This was AMAZING! We had the two bedroom suite, and even though we are only a family of two, it was nice that we each had our own space. Loved sitting on the balcony and just looking out. Pool area was everything and more for a day of relaxing. The only negative I have to say about this property is the bar staff in the……
“Surprised great value for price. Friendly front desk. Breakfast was free & decent. No elevator for 2nd floor. Nice pool area. Immediately off toll road and busy intersections plus & minus. Biggest plus is Italian Restaurant 2 buildings away for dinner! Also short distance to Osceola Park & its event.”

We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager downstairs. They told me to contact the third party (Expedia). I quickly reached out to Expedia, and they informed me that I could pay the difference (the $160 fee for Sunday night would be treated as a penalty) and change my reservation to Saturday check-in (with a new charge of $230). However, everyone kept shifting responsibility and insisted on charging the penalty fee (the entire cost of Sunday night as a penalty). I simply wanted to move the date one day earlier, not cancel the reservation, and I was willing to pay the price difference since Saturday was more expensive than Sunday, but they refused. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I am also dissatisfied with Expedia’s service. I would advise others to be extra cautious when booking to avoid a negative travel experience.We did not check in for that night, but the charge was still applied as usual."
