「When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said...
