Before my stay, the hotel processed a charge I did not expect based on my booking. I emailed asking for the General Manager, and a reservations agent replied without addressing my concern. At check-in, the front desk said it was not something she could help with. No one with authority ever responded. I was told at check-in I’d receive a text for contacting the front desk. It never came, and there is no phone in the room. The next morning the front desk was empty, with the lights and computer off. Entry at night is by door code. One evening a loud fight broke out in a neighboring room, and the hotel’s listed number reached someone off-site who didn’t know whether anyone was on the property. No one called back, and I ended up contacting 311, who sent police. The room had a sticky spill on the floor, a coffee maker that shook and made strange noises until I unplugged it, no shower shelf for toiletries, and outlets you have to get on the floor to reach. Towels were thin and rough. I expected basic follow-through and a way to reach staff. Don’t count on anyone being at the front desk.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s beautiful and the staff is delightful. They have coffee and pastries every morning. For a NYC hotel, we found the room spacious with plenty of room for all of luggage, clothing, and shoes. It felt roomy.

設施老舊、配置不恰當，房間WiFi、電視無訊號跟櫃檯反應態度消極，兩晚皆無法使用，索取不需打掃的牌子，到退房都沒有送來，非常糟糕的體驗。
