"The villa was in a lovely location in a gated community. It was large and spacious with a lovely pool area overlooking the tennis courts . It was clean and tidy and perfect for our family . Ken was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed of anything i needed to know . We would definitely come back"

"The house has everything you need. Tv’s in every bedroom and garage. 2 bedrooms have 4 piece ensuites, and a third 4 piece bathroom. The resort was quiet and clean and had quite a bit to offer. Tiki bar wasn’t open doing some reno’s. Should be open by May."

"The property was perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms worked out nicely. The house was well stocked with cookware and towels. The only complaint I have is the bed pillows need to be replaced and some extra pillows would be helpful along with extra pillow cases.. There were a couple of extra pillows but some were so flat you had to put two together to count as one. The master bed has a big hump in the middle so that was interesting for sleeping but the bed was comfortable otherwise. The area the house is located is nice and not far from a Walmart which we shopped to cook. The pool was heated as we requested and we enjoyed that. It is about a 30 minute drive to any park so plan some extra time for commuting if you want to be there at a particular time."

"Firstly thank you Ken for allowing us to use your house for our vacation. House is exactly as is in the photos very well represented. The house is in a fabulous gated neighbourhood the area of lake Berkeley is honestly beautiful with 2 community pools tennis courts right on our back yard. a lovely lake with foot path to walk around our kids loved the playground which is literally less than a minute from the house. The house inside was perfect for us 3 spacious bedrooms the rooms were plenty big enough for all of us the pool was lovely the outside lanai area was well kept no bugs or dirt etc. To be honest the only thing I could say was maybe the fridge could be updated was just a little old and dated and carpets could of been a little cleaner. but other than that everything was fabulous would highly recommend this property and would very much look forward to stay there again. "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Quiet neighbourhood and about 10 - 15 min drive to restaurants and 10 min drive to groceries/Walmart. Very smooth gaining access to the house and then dis-arming/arming the house alarm. House was very clean inside. Furniture was very comfortable. We were relieved to see that the mattresses had been changed from the hard ones mentioned in previous reviews, to much more comfortable ones. Kitchen was well equipped but required a quick trip to the Dollar Tree. No big deal, we spent about $25 and added the little items “we” use on a regular basis. We had to call the Mgmt Company a couple of times…to get some fry pans and to address issues with the blinds, and in both instances, Craig and Richard were very responsive. The sliding door pool alarms proved to be a pain. One went off at 1:00am and scared the heck out of us! We couldn’t get it to turn off so we had to disarm them by removing the batteries. We re-reinstalled the batteries when we left. Not sure why they are there because the house alarm chimes loudly every time any door or window is opened. The pool was great without the heater but we had unseasonably warm weather during our stay. The view from the pool deck is fantastic. Lots of wildlife. Overall the pool area and some areas inside the house require some attention from an upkeep and maintenance perspective, but these things in no way impacted our stay. We had a very relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave."
