"It is a beautiful home and the furnishings were very nice. Having stayed in many VRBOs and owning a vacation rental myself, I tend to be really picky but this home was very comfortable. Most important to me is that my dog is comfortable as well. It was just my husband and me so we were able to stay downstairs in a very comfortable king bedroom with a very nice mattress, but the house has 6 bedrooms total so a large family would love it here. The location was perfect for us as well and it was close to good restaurants etc. The only downside was the size of the yard which was very small, so my dog couldn't really get out and just roam. The pool area is nice and there is covered by a pool screen. Overall, I highly recommend this house as the host went out of his way to make us feel welcome."

"The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The whole entire house was spotless! I love that this house had no carpet! We were down in Orlando for the Cheerleading Worlds Competition. The pool was exactly what our family needed after a couple long days of competing. The pool was exactly what we needed. We purchased the pool heat and were so glad we did. April was a little bit cooler than we expected, and the water was perfect to be swimming in it all day long!! Great location! We purchased the pool heat and were so glad we did. "ThI first room we got had a dead roach in the tub. You get what you pay for. Newly Renovated though. Not up to our standards though. "

"Place was filthy. Had to wash dishes before we could use them. We never got access to the pool. They gave us a key fob finally after our 3rd day and it was broken. Host wouldn't reply when I told him that the key fob was cracked and broken, so it didn't work to open the pool gate. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. The slider didn't lock at all. It had a metal bar to put in it, that wouldn't stay in place. Downstairs toilet leaked all over the floor. When we arrived there was a 2" cockroach guarding the bathrrom. Kitchen didn't have any sauce pan or decent utensils for cooking. The one spatula was half burned off. One side of the toaster doesn't work. It says sleeps eight but only has two bowls and a few plates. Host wouldn't reply to help with issues. Worst stay I've had ever!"
