「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. 「This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a delight. Quiet, great location, quick access to the Disney parks, stores and restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained and clean, the rooms are nicely updated with quality furnishings. My only complaint is they disable your door fobs/pass keys at 10am on the dot. 「There were no real complaints. we did not have enough forks and spoons and the shower curtains only had the cloth curtin. Both of thewe issues were quickly resolved.Everyone had a great time.
