「It was good」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Staff was friendly. Very helpful. Resort was in a great location. Less than a 3 minute walk to a private beach. A very nice tropical pool oasis was right across from where we were located. We were within walking distance of restaurants and beach shops. The rooms were a little dated but very clean. A little smaller than what we are used too but it was very cozy. We would stay there again.」

「the room is so big and nice」

「The suites are great. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable. Two elevators were not working and the pool was not appealing since it was very small, near the parking and only a couple of umbrellas in good condition. We planned to fish from shore but when we arrived, we were informed that we couldn't.」
