The location of this property was great. I'm not sure there was a better location for the strip. Close to everything you would need while staying. The pool was also nice. I didn't use the laundry but it was available if you needed it. Also provided a water station on the first floor where you could fill your water bottles with filtered water. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay and wil return! The pool was a little dirty at times and there were black bugs flying around a lot and in the pool and all over the sidewalks near the pool. The blue paint from the lounge chairs ruined two bathing suits and my new purse :(

So, our flight was delayed and the staff was terrific saying we can get a late check in or arrive the next day. I think that led to the room we got on the top floor. No place to sit outside to read as there was a hallway outside our door and the elevator was turned off because of high winds the first night. The staff was so kind to turn it on so we could take our luggage up but then turned it off again. The next day it was back on and worked like a charm for the duration of our stay. The room was clean except for the small black dots that kept appearing on the bath mat and comforter which the staff insisted was threads off our clothing even though we wore no black clothes. The kitchen area was small but adequate. The bed was king size and comfortable with ample space for our clothes for the week. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Oh, I forgot to mention my husband went up to the room from the pool to find the maintenance man in our room with the toilet off. Turns out the wax ring was rotted and needed to be replaced. The folks below us had toilet water coming into their room. Yuk! The employees are very kind and do try to accommodate.

Didn’t use laundry but looked good when I peeked in. Pool should be skimmed at midday better yet put filter on if possible. Absolutely ridiculous that half of the loungers didn’t have cushions. That alone was a bad experience for us and all the other upset complaining guests( inexcusable!)

Pros: The rooms were very clean and appliances all updated. Close to beach and many eating options. Convenient and free parking. Friendly staff. Two TVs. Cons: Mattresses need to be replaced, very uncomfortable and a big dip in one. Pillows are also very uncomfortable, too thick. Metal shelf in bathroom is rusting, needs replacement. Outside of building needs attention - room doors need to be painted. Bright lights left on overnight in the hallways make sleeping difficult. Maybe adding curtains to existing blinds would help.

We could see the ocean between buildings from our room. We were on the 4th floor just above the pool. Overall the facility was nice, it's definitely older but well maintained. The beach is across the street with chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas available to rent. Everything you need within walking distance, great location. Our room worked out well with a lovely bedroom and comfortable futon. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location! Property is a little older but room was clean & didn’t see any bugs in the room. Some areas of the resort have a musty smell, the WiFi was spotty a couple nights, but overall a great place to stay with beach access only a quick walk across the street. Close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance. We didn’t have a car for the week but that wasn’t an issue at all.

Staff was great, friendly and considerate. The only downside is we found a roach our first night in the kitchenette drawer, then found another in the bathroom a couple nights later. We did a sweep of the room after each and found no additional “guests” so we opted to stay and just not keep food in the room.
