NO HOT WATER! The front desk staff is very unfriendly. The rooms are extremely dirty. I stayed here for 10 hours until I left for my cruise and if it were for anything longer I would have gotten a hotel. My niece walked around our 3BR in her socks and by checkout the bottom was BLACK! I guess I got what I paid for bc this hotel is nasty. Sleep with your. Others on.

We waited for almost 35 minutes for the person in the front desk to help us out, even though there was no other person waiting in line, we were the only ones there. The front desk person seemed to be doing some paperwork and made us wait for so long. We asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke so bad we had to go again to the front desk and ask for another room. He was able to help us out. However, the towels of the room had some hair of them and also the bed sheets. It looks like the cleaning is not done properly in the rooms. I would not stay there again and do not recommend it. The pictures posted here are not how the rooms looks, they are fake.

Location wasn’t the best. I stayed in the two bedroom suite with 3 people. There wasn’t enough towels. The rugs in the bedroom was really dirty. The couch in the living had stains and need to switched out for a new chair. Other than that the room was reasonable. I would stay again if issues are met. Please upgrade the bedroom tv’s.

The room needs major upgrades with the quality of the bed, the kitchen pans were filthy and the overall quality was less than what was expected. The one air conditioner in the room could not adequately keep the entire unit cool. The final thought is that the only staff person that spoke english on the property was the front desk staff. This is not acceptable in America.

The area is a bit industrial. The place initially advertised as in Miami but it’s not. It’s in Hialeah.. the room is a bit run down. Place was affordable, you get what you pay for.
