Check-In time was 3:00, yet at 4:30 they did not have a room ready. When we checked our beds there were hairs on the sheets. The room was in poor shape in general dings and bangs in the bathroom. We asked them to come change our sheets. It took them at least 40 minutes. I would never stay in this hotel again.

The room was clean. The made to order breakfast was very good with lovely service. Beware which room you book! There was no indication that our room was in an entirely different building, a significant walk for someone with difficult mobility. The breakfast was back in the main building, so the walk had to be repeated in the morning. No way to change once it was booked.

Clean and comfy room. Very spacious, all though lacked amenities such as cutlery, plates, coat hangers etc. staff were all friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast included.

The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The front desk was helpful and also was other staff. The only problem comes with the breakfast and the room layout. My room was all opposite of the sequence and I had to walk around for a while to get to my room which was all in one corner of nowhere. Second, the breakfast is good and fresh but the service is very slow. Had to wait 40 minutes to get my breakfast and got it only after I asked them to either cancel it or get something substitute. Appreciate the efforts and service but some things needs to be improved and we worked upon.

La habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos, particularmente el baño, la taza estaba sucia. Pedíamos que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación y solo tendían la cama, pero el baño nunca lo limpiaron. Otro día pedimos que cambiaran las toallas y que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación y solo dejaron las toallas en una bolsa y no limpiaron.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The moment I drove up to speak with the staff on checking in, they did not have my room ready and said there was an issue. Naturally I wanted to know what the issue was and the lady up front was extremely rude and was basically telling me its none of my business. I asked several times what the issue was and she refused to tell me until finally saying it was a staff shortage. She was heavier set woman with glasses maybe in her mid 50s. The breakfast area smelt like propane and the hardly any selection for food. When I finally got my room I had to be moved to another because the TV was broken and the shower had no hot water. My second room had hardly any water pressure in the shower. The bathroom light has a sensor so if you get up in the middle of the night you will wake everyone up because the light turns on automatically and the door cant be closed fast enough without that happening. Also on the same property is a rehab center which is not mentioned and looks like its attached to the building. I never write a bad review but this one I had to share because we had to spend a week here and I will never do that again. I don't appreciate being talk to the way the front desk personal talked to me when I showed up. There was also 2 staff members there watching her behavior and never intervened. I hope your stay was better than mine. I wish I could have gotten a refund.

The rooms are outdated, the rooms facing the Highway are extremely loud from vehicles noise making it impossible to sleep, staff only offered some ear plugs so if you have kiddos be prepared. Some staff from the front desk are very rude. Overall the hotel is centrally located but doesn’t have any amenities.
