「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「The house was amazing and the neighborhood was great with the pools and lazy river as an easy escape from the house! The house was great and provided so much entertainment for our families. The only complaint is the grass was so high and the weeds were overtaking the grill that was not clean at all so we did not use. There is a bird that was perching everyday on our Lanai and using the bathroom on the chair and pool deck which was a little yuck but wildlife doesn’t care!」
