“I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another.
The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!”

“I was switch to a different location the day before arriving. The new location had roaches! And it should be noted before booking about the $60 a day fee to heat the pool. Ruined my whole trip not being able to swim! There was mention of a clubhouse to swim but it wasn’t in walking distance.”

“The hotel did a good job with the older property that they had. The room was super clean, but there is no getting around the fact that it is an old hotel. Staff was super friendly at check-in. Long term residence, which usually means run-down, but overall, fairly quiet. The shower had a little trouble draining when we arrived, but hubby was able to fix it...hair was blocking it.
