"House was clean, problem corrected quickly, pool was nice.this was the best equipped house i have rented, had toilet paper, paper towels and most kitchen utensils. would rent again."

"Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend. "

"House was dirty. Hair was in the beds,shower,on kitchen table, the Kitchen sink was gross and there were bugs on the floor! Contacted host to get a refund due to us not feeling comfortable to stay in the home. She asked if we wanted a cleaner to come but instead we decided to leave without. She agreed to give us a partial refund. "

"Shellyann was a great host. She left goodie bags and there were jello shots in the fridge, though I suspect they were left be a previous occupant. The unit was just as described. I always bring laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc., but all of that was available. it was a good stay."

"This home was not safe for me or my kids. A man was allowed to linger at all hours of the day and night. On the property right outside the front door next to our vehicles. The pool was unusable due to green stuff floating throughout and dirt. There were 0 clean towels as they all had hair all over them. The dining room chairs were covered in food from many moons ago, and there was a roach crawling around the pool table. The Host will became disrespectful and rude when we tried to make them aware of these issues. "
