"Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend. "

"This home was not safe for me or my kids. A man was allowed to linger at all hours of the day and night. On the property right outside the front door next to our vehicles. The pool was unusable due to green stuff floating throughout and dirt. There were 0 clean towels as they all had hair all over them. The dining room chairs were covered in food from many moons ago, and there was a roach crawling around the pool table. The Host will became disrespectful and rude when we tried to make them aware of these issues. "

"We booked this house for a long term stay - 47 days. The house was described accurately from the listing. It was clean, and in a perfect location to our job-site. However, when there were issues, it was uncomfortable to reach out to the host. It seemed like each problem was an inconvenience. The oven did not work from day 1 of our stay and it took 13 days to get a functioning one in the house. It seemed I was a bother reaching out multiple times about it. Then, when the house was at 80 when my coworkers came in in the evening, I reached out to let the host know the thermostat wasn’t working, she was very upset and said we needed to “stop playing with it”. From that point, I felt like I could not reach out to her anymore with any issues that we had through the rest of our stay. The house was well taken care of for the long stay. I had a cleaning company I personally know, come each weekend to keep the house very clean and the guests cleaned up after themselves daily. After checkout, I received a message from the host stating, "The house is in horrible condition" and a request for 600. I asked for pictures, and she sent me the pictures posted below. I reached out to the house cleaner I hired, she said this was far from the truth as every weekend when she arrived, she was pleasantly surprised how well taken care of everything was. I wish things had gone differently with this stay, as we are needing to stay in this area for another month. "
