"Overall, the room we stayed in was nice and spacious, clean, working AC, bathroom was also clean and no issue with hot water. There is a microwave and fridge which is a plus. "The staff were wonderful and polite. Continental breakfast is just what i need to get started in the morning. There is always coffee available. The hot water seemed to be a small problem (second floor) but it was warm enough to get a quick shower. The room was very clean and the bed was wonderful. So comfortable. Elevator is right inside the front door-nice when you have too much to carry. "

"Loved all the special little touches and that it was clean and very comfortable. Great use of space. Only con was that the top bunk beds were squeaky. Easy fix was to bring the mattress down to the ground. Other than that, everything was great. I totally see why they have repeat customers. We would totally rent again. "

"Nice and clean. The bathroom door was stuck when we arrived. Couldn't open it at all. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 days, 2 people. We went and bought some from Walmart. Souvenirs from Florida... lol Communication was awful. Had to text the host. Host sounded like AI. Always canned responses. "I'll contact the team and someone will stop and take a look." The smoke detector ran out of steam, and started beeping at 5 in the morning! "Please, bring us a 9volt battery?" Same response... "Will talk to a team member, etc..." We never saw a "team member" the whole time we were there. We figured it out though. No stove. Nice fridge. The water drained slow in the shower. Leaked around the seal, so there was water water everywhere that we mopped up. Thanks for the use of your property! We appreciated it. We won't be back."
