New cottage retreat in St. Cloud with WiFi, AC.

This gorgeous 280 sq. ft. studio / bungalow is located at the rear of the property. There is a main house in front and another unit across the courtyard from you.

Gated access just outside your entrayway. Built in December 2024 and Located in Historical, St. Cloud, nestled in a beautiful botanical garden. 5 minutes from the turnpike. Easy access to Lake toho as well and a fabulous walk to downtown for adult's night out!

This cozy retreat features a King Size bed, sofa, closet, and kitchenette which has a microwave and mini fridge amongst other amenities. There is a loveseat that has a pull-out trundle bed for a guest if you add them to the reservation. (3rd or 4th guest additional fee must be added) You will enjoy a very spacious bathroom which also has a separate entrance to the garden.
A perfect place for relaxing after a day of exploring or hunting. Close enough to Disney and even closer to the great outdoors. We have taken care of all the details that a hotel normally forgets.

Stay connected with WiFi,(not the best signal for gaming-no hard-wire) and stay comfortable with heating and AC using a silent mini-split unit.

We have a Kayak available for rent as well as free cornhole and access to a bbq grill (charcoal required) You have a few garden view windows as well as a spacious courtyard at your doorstep. Lighted exterior for evening entertaining. The pictures do not do this getaway justice! Come see for yourself.

The city of St. Cloud aka "Soldier City" pays homage to its military heritage through various events and memorials, ensuring that the sacrifices made by those who served and continue to serve their country are never forgotten.

We are just a short walk to the lake. There are several local restaurants in the area including Crabby Bill's, Gators dockside, Outback steakhouse, Pollo Campero, Chipotle, A touch of Basil, China Wok, Mizu sushi and many more!

St. Cloud is the perfect little town to see the nature and still be close enough to the theme parks. We are just a heartbeat away from a public library as well as a few convenience stores and don't forget the Levee Liquor store which is a highlight of the neighborhood with it's huge mural in front.

Pet free due to severe dander and animal protein allergies-no exceptions---severe reaction will end in hospitalization for Nina and her son. Your "hypoallergenic pets" still cause anaphlaxia for this type of allergy.
