“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver.”

“I flew in early. Had to wait out in the rain for almost 4 hours to check in. I called before I left they said that I could check in early when I got to the property that totally changed. The property is not the same as the pictures on Expedia. The guy at the front desk seem confused. I use Expedia a lot this is by far the worst I've ever stayed.”
