“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The service from the front desk and staff was also very good—everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, and I really appreciated the complimentary food options. They offered free breakfast and dinner, as well as a variety of snacks, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water……

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“The front desk was great! Housekeeping was terrible. Hardly cleaned room. Had to go down to front desk 3 days to get towels and toilet paper. They never even came into room. The resort fees you pay are way too much for the services. Never had a single waitress come by us at the pool and no entertainment except for DJ that just played music. Need better entertainment staff. Water park was a nice perk and many pools to select from. ”

“The villa we stayed in was far away from pool, had to take car each time. Plus, vill was right next to highway. The villa was good condition and pool area was awesome.”

“For being the happiest place on earth a lot of the workers are not as friendly especially in the food court . We notified them about our broken door lock they came to fix but we also asked about the tub water being like warm and they never came to fix it . Very small and outdated . ”
