This hotel is wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again. Every single staff member were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our king suite was beautiful and located conventionally to amenities. A stay!

The property overall is in good shape and the theme is nice, rooms feel a bit more clinical to me than tropical. None of the staff i encountered were overjoyed about their job. Dining options are not very good main restaurant is pricey but food is average and service is poor. Everything at the property seems to be designed to capture your money more so than your loyalty be prepared for everything to come with a fee. I can see possibly staying at another one near the beach, but with so many other options available near Disney that offer so much more this one is not for me. Not a bad place to stay, but better options are available in my opinion.

Property is pet friendly (barkaritaville dog park); relaxing at the pool, food and drinks brought to your lounge chair, live music at the pool, efficient, friendly staff, wonderful stay, will be back.

It’s a really beautiful property and I would definitely consider another stay. I was somewhat shocked that everything on the property closed at 11:00 pm, however!

The resort is very clean and easy to navigate. Love the pool area and lobby. The Promenade across the street for dining is a great option.
