The pictures were so bright and fun, when we got in it was late at night. We found our room which was a decent size, clean bedding, the safe in my room did not work at all. The shower rod was bent so you froze in the shower because it wouldn't close all the way on either side. The lack of trash cans is hard especially with a big family. There was many good points too tho! They have a little market down stairs that can get you snacks, drinks, bathroom needs, swim essentials.. The water park area was fun for the children. They did have a blast tho they did say that the water park opened at 12 closed at 7 but the slides are only open from 2-6. They have a big area for kids to play games. They have a nice game room. Learning center for children. DIY LAUNDRY- which was very helpful. This place could use major cosmetic care- with a good cleaning and repainting it could come back to life. I would suggest them having someone working in the marketplace during peak hours maybe?;

Had to swipe the key 10 times, got locked in the bathroom, faulty door handle. We came for the water park and were told it opened at 10am. we stayed late for this but were then informed that it opened at 11 and the slides, only one of which was working, didn't open until 2. All we got to use was the pool. Breakfast was disappointing, no muffins, no bagels, no bacon or sausage and no to go boxes. We have stayed here three times. Not sure we will be returning.

This place was pure chaos. We came not expecting it to be an old flamingo. It was trashy and people were having parties and blasting music at all hours of the night. Someone was bouncing a basketball up and down our hallway at 1:00 in the morning. The hotels were old and run down. I couldn't get out of there fast enough thank God we were just sleeping there to get on a flight in the morning. I will never return. Water Park area was also old and run down and not at all what it looked like in the picture.

First night the heat wasn't working my family and I was freezing. It was also a cold night as well. We let the front desk know and they were apologetic. They ended up turning on the floor heat because the wall one wasn't working. The slides was out of commission for 3 days bummer. The kiddie pool was not in use. They could do a better job at letting guest know if there are openings for the shuttle. The day I wanted to go was completely full however the following day when I went we were told that there were only 2 people on the shuttle that day. Everyone else didn't show up. So we could have gone the day we wanted to. Good thing my tickets for SeaWorld was any day. We made the best of our week stay.

We booked one room with four beds but were given two adjoining roooms. But they only give you a key to one side. Once a door is closed to an adjoining room then we get locked out of it. My baby closed the door and was trapped in a room by myself. Front desk was too slammed to help so we had to track down houseold ng to get my baby. The shower was cidn wwith no water pressure. The TV didntork. The lock was ripped off the door so we can't deadbolt one side of the room. And that's just the room and not mentioning all the issues at the pool yesterday.

Property is very outdated, and poorly maintained. The soap tray from the bathroom shower were rusted badly. Rooms had weird smell. Room service dont come in unless requested. Shampoo and conditioner are very little amount given. Ceiling fans from the room look old and rusty. Pool area is very disappointing with how poor maintenance it is given. All the slides leaked water from different sections. Only one slide out of 3 was usable. Kids pool area was full of green substance all over(looked like mold or fungus). Bottom of the pool concrete and around were breaking apart. Towels from there are very small (children size). Breakfast was very limited and with poor quality. They had just bread, boiled eggs, some apples (just going bad) and cereal… Nothing more. We ended up buying breakfast out somewhere else. Even though it says its smoke free or whatever, it was very smoke allowed and weed allowed… no respect on that part for the families with children. The live music could have been better in the aspect that they could have looked more professional than just looking like street musicians. Singer needed a bit more vocal practice.

The property was very outdated. Our initial room was musty and moldy. The sheets were almost soggy to the point that we couldn’t stay in there. We requested and upgrade to another room and it was better. Over all the grounds are not pretty and very old. There was 3 day old chicken bones and sauces next to the pool. No one bothered to clean it up. The kiddie pool was GREEN and eventually shut down for god knows what. The slides were only open for a few hours and the lazy river was filled with dirt.

Excessive mold throughout the room! My family and I checked out as soon as we saw the room . It was not a clean environment for my 1 year old as the room was laced with mold on the ceiling , around the door /wall and ac unit. Some areas appear to be painted over but the black mold still shows. The front desk told me I could not get a refund for the night even though we did not stay. Their manager-Carlos was not on site for the weekend and I was advised that he will return Monday( which is today ) . I called this morning and he was not available .

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. I arrived around 1:30 AM, exhausted, and was given a key to my room—but when I opened the door, there was already someone inside sleeping. That was honestly shocking and made me feel very unsafe. To make things worse, I never saw or was able to speak with a manager to address the situation. There was no proper follow-up or reassurance after such a serious issue. The water park, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was always closed during my stay, which was very disappointing. On top of everything, they only refunded me $31 in fees, which doesn’t come close to making up for the experience. Overall, this stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room I stayed at was disgusting. The sink was full of hair and there was a burning smell coming from the shower, which I could assume was from the water heater. When I requested a room change, they happily gave it to me but the room was only slightly better. I later found my pillow had mold under the pillow. I had to take some emergency funds and rebook for another hotel since they refused to give me a refund. They only refunded me for the remaining days I had on my booking. The additional "resort fee" is such a scam. The water park was empty and seemed outdated. Their free breakfast consisted of only three items, the rest you had to pay. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend this, especially to those with children.

While the staff was nice and the room reasonably clean(paper thin comforter has greyish stains) this hotel needs major renovations, it's quite old, don't know when it will actually convert to a Ramada. When we tried calling them before and during our stay with basic questions, their voicemail was Always full, not a good sign. One of the water slides wasn't working, the waters were ice cold, thought it was all heated. Our room smelled like smoke and weed, maybe it radiated from other rooms? though the hotel shows a very strict non-smoking policy? Outside it all also smelled like weed, we saw several shady people around the parking lot, didn't see security. Heard breakfast was bad, so didn't even bother. With kids, felt unsafe, I'd run from this place should be like a $60 nightly stay. Definitely wouldn't Recommend.

Clean room very nice the outside just do sent have housekeeping they clean ur room only when I leave apparently but my 10 of 10 was water park for my kids just the water was cold got in for a while . And love the different rooms with games for kids very nice hotel also dirent like that we weren’t able to get our breakfast upstairs apparently hotel rules they give you breakfast but can take up only if u buy it

Some lights and the room phone wasn't working also most of the water park was closed during all my staying time no heating pool only hot tub restaurant is too small i have to wait long time to found a seat.
