The hotel is in a great spot close to many things . I was disappointed when I got there and pool/ hot tub was closed . When I expressed my concern hotel manager Chris went out of his way and gave me two tickets to local water park so I could enjoy some pool use . I only stayed 1 night but would def come back to this hotel in the future

Rooms need some work done especially the bathroom toilets . It was clean for the most part didn’t spend much time there since we were at the park all day . Maybe more breakfast options other than that we liked staying there close to everything .

Even though the hotel was being renovated it was still clean and easy to access everything. The complimentary breakfast was nice, although it could have used a little more variety in some things like maybe a change of choices in muffins or yogurts each day. The staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient for getting to all the places we needed to during our stay.

The breakfast was great. They had mickey waffles and enough space for everyone. The room was spacious. However, there hotel was not super clean but well maintained. The roomsdefinitely need to be updated. Some things were updated but the curtains and lamps were not. The hotel also did not have any wifi. Location was great.

Hotel room was recently renovated and very nice. A/C worked well as did the shower, etc. Very nice and accommodating staff. I would stay again, especially for the value being near WDW.
