The first night we checked in they didn’t have enough parking passes so you risked being towed if you parked by your unit. Instead you have to park in a distant parking lot and request a shuttle. However parking by the unit was extremely limited anyways. There was hair and dust behind every door and hair in the master shower that didn’t belong to us! They don’t have wrist bands for the water park at the front desk. You have to either request a shuttle or drive to hotel a mile down the road to get the wrist bands. I wasn’t expecting to run errands on my vacation. Finally when I checked out the lady asked how my stay was and I said it wasn’t great and we’d likely not return. Her response was, “have a blessed day”. While I appreciate that, there was not even a question about what issues I had. On a positive note, the layout of the room was nice and the pool was relatively quiet and enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Spectrum Resort Orlando! This was our second visit, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our unit was clean and very nice (floors could’ve been a little better, but nothing major). The amenities are amazing—my daughter absolutely loves the water park! The location is super convenient with Walmart, Publix, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy drive to Disney and Universal. We’re already planning to make this our go-to spot for spring break every year!

The place appeared to be clean but there were a few things that were not. There was hair behind the bathroom door, dishes in the cabinet still had food on them, a piece of trim on the stairs was loose and we tripped on it several times. Maintenance was called about the trim on the stairs but no one ever fixed it the whole time we stayed there (6 days). Parking is also an issue. They have limited parking passes and tell you that you will be towed without one. We had a pass but no one used them and people were always parked in our parking spot or along the road in the no parking zones.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It used to be clean, this time our house was dirty, mainly the floors. The floors, walls, and carpet were dirty. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall the amenities are great, kids loved it.

Overall we had a great experience!! Plenty of amenities on property and enjoyed using the water parks. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space for our family. We wish pool would have stayed opened or had adult hours. Our only real complaint was the cleanliness of our place, carpet had stains, our bed frame in master had a huge stain on the side rail, floors were dirty in corners and along walls. We did have an issue with garbage disposal but they fixed right away. We would recommend staying again if possible.

This property is fairly new. It’s very clean. The only issue I had was the parking. When constructing these units they didn’t do very well with the parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. It’s out the way of the normal Orlando hustle and bustle. We will definitely return.

This property has lots of misleading advertisements. One pool on site only. We did not have parking at building therefore we had to walk 10 minutes with kids and all swim stuff every day. The best pool comes at $20 per person which is not disclosed at booking.

Our stay at this property completely exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly family-friendly and truly had everything we needed—and more. The inclusion of three water parks with our stay was such an amazing bonus and kept everyone entertained. Unit was very clean and well kept. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and soft. The complex has many amenities to be used and are included. Staff around the complex was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside, the unit didn’t have any basic commodities like salt, pepper, etc when cooking(very minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and rating 5⭐️
