Nice room, parking is terrible. Pool area can only be accessed from the front office, felt very unsafe in a locked area, if you had a fire or active shooter there is no exit from pool area except entering building, this raises a safety issue for myself and family.The area did have at least two gates with keypads , but had pad locks on them .

The information given regarding the amenities was false advertisement. Only 1 of the 3 water parks was available to us. We were in the first floor and the suite above us was occupied by a party that was extremely loud there was crashing noises all night long it started after 11 pm actually sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping items on the tile floors that were throughout the condo. False advertisement regarding the water parks and pool closed right after we checked in and were not able to get a parking pass for my handicapped husband who has mobility issues.

Staff was great. The condo was clean and the perfect size for our 3 family stay. The 2 complaints are the lack of parking at the unit and parking in general and the shuttle to the parks situation not being more convenient. Not sure we would stay again because of these two things. The property is very nice though.

The house was very nice, although the walls looked like cardboard. It was very comfortable and modern, but cleaning is NOT included; it's only available upon request 24 hours in advance and costs approximately $80 USD + tax per day. If you want clean sheets, it's another $10 USD + tax. If you go in winter, be prepared to shower with lukewarm water. There's an additional $10 USD + tax per day for a baby crib, and another extra fee for extra towels. The "included" water park was closed. At reception, they refused my packages that arrived before my arrival, even though I called a few days in advance to let them know they were coming. And by the way, it was $10 USD + tax per package! They literally want to charge extra for everything. What bothered us the most was the $150 USD penalty at checkout for leaving some glasses in the kitchen sink and a trash bag in the bedroom. When I called, they said I didn't follow the instructions, even though their instructions stated it was recommended, not mandatory. I think $150 USD was excessive for just a small trash bag and Glasses in the kitchen sink. What kind of 4-star hotel expects you to clean your room and take out the trash yourself, and then charges you a fine for leaving glasses in the kitchen sink, I've never experienced anything like that in a hotel. We were really disappointed.

The room was really good but it was different from what we booked. We booked a 4 bedroom room with 3 king beds and 1 queen bed they gave us woth 1 king bed and 2 queen beds and 1 room with 2 double beds. When we spoke to the manager he said the resort is at capacity and they cannot do anything spectrum doesnt guarantee the type of room. We had multiple families and pregnant women in our group and this was really inconvenient. Then their wifi was not working and they were always saying its throughout the resort. The female manager we spoke to was so rude and she said you can checkout today and we can refund you for the remaining days. What kind of resort does that. With toddler and pregnant women how were we suppose to just checkout in middle of our plans. Then their restaurants which had breakfast the encore one was really bad. Hardly 1 or 2 options for breakfast it was super crowded no one was actually there to provide service. Just a waste of time and money. All in all the room was good but was inconvenient coz we booked a 3 king bedroom for a specific reason. The staff was not at all helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay but we did experience a bit of an unfortunate event. We had cockroaches in our place. We noticed them in the laundry area and we weren’t able to catch them or get rid of them. It was late at around 10 pm at night and made it an uncomfortable night wondering if they would be crawling around in our stuff all night. We initially booked our trip so that we could use the water parks but 2 of the 3 were closed. Overall though a good experience.

The unit is clean and spacious with one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms with a semi ensuite bathroom plus one toilet in the living room. One of the bathtub did not drain well, notified the front desk on the second day and someone came to fix it on the third day. The coffee machine was not working, someone came next evening to replace a new one. We have to park our vehicle a bit far from our unit since there are not enough parking space, I wonder tenants come in high season have to park far away. The front desk staffs are friendly. The water park and pickleball court is nearby and need to pay admission.
