We arrived at night, no parking near the unit available. Second the passcode wasn’t working so we stayed waiting for the passcode to be fixed. Third, once inside no internet and no channels, we have to take internet from other unit and the Direct Tv never was fixed. Fourth, marihuana smell all over the outside.

The property has so many convenient amenities to choose from only thing I didn’t like about the stay is that there were water and plumbing issues in the area as well as my townhome. Other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

This property is extremely clean and very spacious for a big family for kids. Parking is limited in front of property so be ready to walk. The pool is clean and modern. If you stay with Spectrum, you can have access to three water parks including the one at Reunion Resort which is just next to Spectrum. You have transportation around the property with shutter services very convenient. Highly recommend this resort. Be aware of the $500 deposit fee. I am not sure how regurious they are when inspecting the unit after checkout.

The property is very nice. Everyone loved the condo. It was clean and spacious. It is walking distance to a water park and the kids really had an amazing time there. You also have access to water parks off the property, which is nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the parking. There is not enough parking spaces.

The first condo we went too the AC didn’t work. They promptly moved us too a new unit and were incredibly apologetic. Parking isn’t the easiest but it was a very wonderful experience

I have been to reunion the last 3 years. This was a first time staying at the Spectrum. We were excited. The room was nice but wasn’t fully deep cleaned floors were dirty. They had them cleaned a few days later. There was construction going on in the unit next to us 4 out of the 10 days we were there. Very disappointed we were not moved or offered to move units. We got even asked to move our vehicles multiple times to accommodate the construction. We talked to staff multiple times on the issue. Upon checkout desk reported that she was going to say something to higher up’s about adjustment on the bill with all the issues. It HAS not been adjusted yet. Looked forward to the change from staying at a different area on the reunion property and left disappointed.

Really enjoyed my week-long stay at the Spectrum Resort. I stayed in one of the larger villas with 10 people and it was very spacious. The villa had a modern appearance with updated appliances. The only issue I had was the limited parking near the building I stayed in.

The room is very big, extremely nice, but the check in starting at 4pm and waterpark closing at 6 is a complete letdown, especially since we booked it saying they were open until 10pm and only stayed 1 night specifically for the waterpark.
