It’s fine. Rooms are very basic. I would say it’s priced high but the location is great. The pool is awesome and so is the hot tub but if your goal is a nice room with amenities, this ain’t the place. Other than that, it’s was fine.

Check in was easy, as you're allowed to leave your luggage if you arrive early and hit the parks. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful. The food options are pretty much Starbucks and pizza - nothing special but also nothing to complain about.

The hotel is beautiful! Very clean! The Christmas decorations were outstandingly beautiful! The staff was very customer service oriented and helpful. We didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel because we were more centered on spending our time at the parks, but we were able to visit the customer service counter for assistance with our tickets. We visited the on-site store and grab some goodies, and we were also able to visit the on-site grab and go market. The pizzas were very good.! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and we’re looking forward to come back again.

The food was really good. If I lived by there, I'd probably go back just for the food. The room was great. The desk clerk was the nicest one I've ever come across. The hot tub by the pool was a lifesaver after a day at Universal. They even projected movies on a screen (okay, it was like a bed sheet, but it worked really well) at the pools to entertain everyone.
